Valentine's Wine Making Experience & Dinner

Join us for a truly unforgettable night of romance and winemaking!

This Valentine's Day, create a unique and lasting memory with your loved one by crafting your very own special wine. Indulge in a dinner designed for lovers, accompanied by a selection of exquisite wines and meads to enhance the romantic atmosphere.

Participate in the thrilling Grape Stomping Contest to determine which couple reigns supreme as the juiciest winemakers! Each couple will have the opportunity to produce their personalized vat of wine, ranging from Whites, Reds, Fruit wines, to Dessert wines – a collection that will be cherished for years to come.

The event kicks off at 7:00 PM with a delightful wine blending experience. Taste an array of wines and create your own custom blend. You will fill , cork, seal and label a bottle of your special to take home that evening.

The $145 per person admission fee covers the entire winemaking experience, wine blending experience, dinner, and a future bottling session. Please note that supplies and varietal juice are additional costs, with varietal juice ranging from $84.95 to $215.00 per vat. When your wine is ready to bottle in 6 to 8 weeks, you can choose to purchase new bottles or bring in clean, used bottles on the bottling date. Each vat produces 25 to 30 bottles. If you like to drink wine you can save your bottles to use on your wine.

Note: If the event is less than 7 days away, we cannot guarantee that your particular chosen package will be in stock for the event, in which case we will contact you to choose an alternative. When ordering online, choose in-store pick-up on shipping preferences. That way you will not be billed for shipping. Your wine ingredient kit will be reserved for you for the event-YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO ACTUALLY PICKUP THE KIT

 This event is accessible by the Metra Rock Island Train, getting off at the Beverly Hills 91st Stop. 6:40PM From Ls Salle PM, 7:01 PM, arrivals. Going home toward downtown, trains are 9:31 PM or 11:31PM.
