Valentine's Wine Making Class and Gourmet Dinner held at the Chicago Magnifcent mile Marriott Feb 13th 6:30 PM
You can make wine and love together for Valentine's this year. Make your lover wine and enjoy a specially prepared gourmet dinner by the Harvest Grill executive chefs of the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile and wine tasting. Each couple will make their own 6-gallon vat of wine (25 to 30 bottles).
Have A Brewing or Wine Making Party
Come have a party with us and make your own wine or beer. We can host your group from 5 and up and have a great time making beverages. Food can be brought in or we can have it catered in for you. On the first session you will make your wine or beer. On the Second session you will come into bottle.
Last Shipments of California Grapes
This year's grapes were decent some were great and some had their perils. Our Mendocino Merlot got hit by bad weather so we had to scramble to get other Merlot late in the season. Due to the late date the whole grape option was out but we had frozen Must available and now have some must crushed in LODI coming in. Check out our Lodi specs
Weekly Intro Wine & Beer Making Classes
Whether it is a company party or a friend's get together you will have fun at our wine or beer making classes. Wines and beers made now will be ready to bottle in August or September. Perfect for fall and winter holiday gift giving! Check out our weekly schedule or book a private classes for groupes of 6 or more.

We'll cover all major aspects of brewing in this two-session class. In the first session you will brew a 6-gallon batch using the latest brewing techniques that truly produce a quality brew.
