Our grape harvest is over, but there is still time to make some great wine from our frozen must. We have pails of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Zinfandel available. Come and make some of the best wine ever from whole grapes in small batches. We have a limited supply of top quality grapes in frozen must that will make Chateau quality wines. Class will be in 4 sessions. 1 st session will be Must analysis and setting it up to make it the best wine you ever made. 2nd session will be pressing and wine testing.
We are now filling CO2 tanks. Stop in and get a fill before the weekend to keep the beer flowing.

Whether it is a company party or a friend's get together you will have fun at our wine or beer making classes. Wines and beers made now will be ready to bottle in 3 to 4 weeks for beer or 6 to 10 weeks for wine. Wine and beers are taken home condition in the bottle and age to perfection.
